Dates, Location and Registration

The workshop will take place from Sunday September 8, 2024 (arrival day, after 3pm) till Friday September 13, 2024 (departure day, after lunch) at Les Houches School of Physics on the French Alps.

Registration deadline (EXTENDED): July 31st, 2024

All the participants have to register from the official registration page. The number of participants is limited and the accepted participants will be notified soon after the deadline.

All participants are expected to submit an abstract for a talk or a poster. The organizing committee will select abstracts for contributed oral presentations. 

Costs

The cost  to attend the workshop has been lowered for regular participants to 240€, covering full board and accomodation in a single room. The payment can be performed at the School within three days after the arrival. A link for online payment is available upon request.

About Les Houches

Les Houches is a village located in Chamonix valley, in the French Alps. Established in 1951, the Physics School is situated at 1150 m above sea level in natural surroundings, with breathtaking views on the Mont-Blanc mountain range.
